Accreditations

Neuro Linguistic Programming – Rob is a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and uses NLP techniques in his coaching and mediation work. NLP is concerned with people’s patterns of behaviour, communication, and observable actions; and their underlying thinking processes. The focus of NLP is to find and create constructive patterns, which build and lead to sustainable, human excellence. 

Leadership Performance Profiles © – our consultants are accredited to use the LPP 360° feedback profiles. Feedback from multiple perspectives is a powerful tool in raising self-awareness and changing behaviour. These profiles include feedback about Emotional Intelligence (EQ), and provide recommendations for change.

Team Management Systems ® – our consultants are accredited to administer the TMS Team Management Profile tool. The various TMS products are part of an integrated system of work-based, research-proven assessments and feedback instruments. The profiles support individuals, teams and organizations to effect positive and lasting change, and achieve higher performance in the workplace.

DiSC ® – Rob Brennan uses the DiSC behavioural model to help participants understand and appreciate their own style and that of colleagues. Its use generates more effective and productive working relationships.

MBTI ® - Rob uses the MBTI personality type instrument with individuals and groups to help them to understand complexities of an individual’s personality. The personal profile and interpretation provides reliable insights to improve the performance of people, teams and organisations. It supplies valuable inputs for ongoing team building, leadership and coaching, conflict management, career development and staff retention.
